Targeted Move-In Schedule	Please identify your move-in schedule per your booth size: Tuesday, November 18th 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Booths 400 sq. ft. & larger & boats Wednesday, November 19th 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM Booths 300 sq. ft. & larger 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Booths 200 sq. ft. & larger 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM All Booths Labor performed after 4:30 p.m. will be assessed overtime charges. Exhibit Hours	Thursday, November 20th 10:00am - 5:00 pm Friday, November 21st 10:00am - 5:00pm Saturday, November 22nd 10:00am - 2:00pm Badged Exhibitors will be allowed access to the exhibit floor at 7:00am on Thursday and 8:00am on Friday and Saturday. No admission past 4:30pm on Day 1 and Day 2, event ends at 5:00pm. No admission past 1:30pm on Day 3, event ends at 2:00pm.
Exhibitor Move-Out	Saturday, November 22nd 2:00pm - 10:00pm All exhibits must remain intact until the official close of the show at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 22nd. Please arrange your travel plans accordingly. All exhibitor Freight MUST BE CLEAR by 10pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Move-Out Information	Freeman will begin returning empty containers at the close of the show. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 10:00 p.m., Saturday, November 22nd. Any materials remaining in the facility will be re-routed via Freeman’s choice or returned to warehouse to await disposition at exhibitor’s expense. To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor move-out deadline, please have all carriers check-in by 7:00 pm on Saturday, November 22nd.
